Let's start with the hot tub purchase. Greg was excellent talked us thru many options risks rewards and really wanted to make sure we got the right unit for us. 100% got us the right tub for us. As hot tub newbies we needed help. Greg was supportive of zoom/FaceTime calls to get us in the right path. Customer satisfaction at its best. We were still unsure of the whole chemicals etc and that is where Drew came to our rescue/education. We came into the store in a Saturday morning and he gave a class on chemical balancing that even I could understand. We are 4 months into owning our tub and it has been the best purchase we have made. If you are thinking about getting a hot tub go see these guys. They are local hardworking honest and working to get you the right tub.

So after 30 years of talking about it my wife and I decided to get a hot tub. Weekend chores were translating into aches and pains that even a couple of stiff margueritas and Tylenol wouldn't cure. Step one: design and build 12 foot by 12 foot deck off back patio (don't forget 8 inch on center joists due to weight). $2500 Step two: research Costco "drop off at the driveway" hot tubs to save some bucks. Fugeddaboutit! Step three: visit the folks at Hot Tubs and Pool Tables outlet on Balls Ford Road. They have been there 20 plus years so they are doing something right. A week later we were floating like driftwood in our 104 degree, 80 inch by 80 inch three foot deep hot tub being massaged by dozens of jets wondering why we hadn't done this years earlier! The owner, Greg, was and continues to be super helpful: he responded to a text on a Friday night asking a question - during the Nats World Series game! His sales rep, Jamie, was polite and knowledgeable. The hot tub, accessories, set up and delivery was about $6500. A small price to pay for what will be years of hydrotherapy pleasure! Helpful hint to potential purchasers: the 110 volt plug and play system (as opposed to the 220 volt, more expensive system) works great! I strongly recommend this company if you are in the market.

Got a great deal on Marquis "Purple Wish" back in 2016 and Greg arranged for a special delivery that needed a crane to take hot tub over the house to elevated deck in back. Went perfectly. We knew this was the hot tub manufacturer for us after Greg explained all the benefits and the model has worked perfectly for us. After getting extended use of the cover and not a strong as I used to be, needed a new one that was not so heavy. Besides always having the chemicals I need in stock, Drew said there are now lighter hot tub covers and as usual had one right in stock to meet our needs. The new cover is really light and makes using the tub daily all that more enjoyable. You won't find more knowledgeable folks than Greg and Drew or better hot tubs/products.

This company has been a fabulous store for the purchase of our hot tub, and now 7 years of reliable service from them as well!! We are extremely pleased customers! I too waited far too many years to buy a hot tub... but finally decided that it was more important than upgrading my car! We spent about $2K ahead of time, getting our deck reinforced and also adding a 115 V electrical circuit to the back of the house. We bought a Hotspring Jetsetter from Capital Hot Tubs, and it has been wonderful! Such a compact tub, very reliable, well positioned and powerful jets! Our installation was in a difficult to reach area behind the house, but the owner came personally to assist his installation team, and it was lowered into place perfectly. We've needed service about once every 18-24 months, the first 5 years under the original warranty, and the most recent 2 years with self pay for repairs, but in all cases the fixes were efficiently arranged, flawlessly executed, and reasonable in price. We are very happy customers. This was one of the best investments in my health and tension relief possible!!

My hubby and I bought our Marquis hot tub from here a while back when it was under the old owner. They were great at selling but horrible at service. Since the new owner took over, we haven't had any issues. They are quick to answer our questions, came out to do an inspection and troubleshoot an issue we had. I like this place and if we get a new hot tub again, we will go here. In the meantime, we love our Marquis hot tub and use it a lot. Its especially nice hanging out with some wine on a snowy evening.

Drew is an awesome guy. Very knowledgeable in proper chemical balancing and with spas in general. We bought our first spa in 2017 from a company in Charlottesville. They didn't "educate" me on the use of the spa or give me much of an understanding on balancing water. Drew really took his time in explaining this to me. Bought the Dreammaker Cabana Suite because it was a 110-v, Plug n Play. Greg and Jamie were just awesome to deal with and their delivery and setup were flawless. I was worried that the 110-volt model wouldn't deliver enough power for the spa but BOY was I ever pleasantly surprised! It's great! Even follow-up questions regarding water chemistry, etc have been answered promptly. Jamie even gave me her cell # to call if I needed anything whatsoever. Like most other people on Yelp, I love these guys! We met Charlie (the owner) at a house show, and he spent an hour walking us through all of the advantages and disadvantages of every tub. Purchase and delivery went smoothly. We have called the store many times for advice (because the instruction manual from the manufacturer is terrible and out of date) and they have been unfailingly patient and nice. Tub cover was defective and they are replacing it at their cost (at least so far) 8 months after purchase. Can't say enough nice things about them.

I called Vienna Hot Tubs to see if they were able to repair a hot tub purchased elsewhere. The repair is a specialty item that only the dealer can address, but Charlie talked with me for a considerable amount of time about the issue with Caldera hot tubs in which the surface blisters. He was able to give me warranty information that I didn't realize existed. He also priced a move for a hot tub at about half the cost another dealer quoted me. I really appreciated the time he took to address my issue when he wouldn't likely even be getting a sale from me.

A friend of ours referred us to Vienna Hot Tubs and Patio and we couldn't be happier! Our sloped yard, with freshly laid sod was pretty difficult to maneuver an 11 foot hot tub around for install but these guys took their time and carefully installed our tub with precision - they did a remarkable job! Vienna Hot Tub and Patio even offers a class for you to attend and learn how to properly maintain your tub, which was extremely helpful for hot tub "newbies" like myself.

We needed to replace the elbow from the heater to the pump, and had been searching for 2 weeks with various other hot tub dealers and plumbing repair places, with no luck. Every place we went had never seen pipe as thick as ours and with the ends that were on it. We tried piecing the same thing together from seperate pieces and it was just too tall, there isn't enough room in the compartment to allow for any excess height on the fitting. We called Vienna Hot Tubs and Tim said he was pretty sure he knew what we needed. We drove out to their shop this morning, and when we showed him the part he went right out to the truck and brought in what we needed! I was confused at first when he explained that all we needed was an invisible piece. What he meant was that we just needed a short piece of regular PVC pipe glued inside the fittings, not OVER them like we'd been trying. It was a true facepalm moment, and then he proceeded to cut us the piece from a scrap pipe and sent us on our way. Thanks Tim for making us feel a little like fools and getting us the parts we needed, for far less than we were expecting to pay!

My spa was delivered perfectly with extreme care and zero damage to my yard or deck. Very happy with our purchase of the South Seas 748L hot tub. Charlie was very helpful in explaining our options and costs. Yes, it took several months to get it delivered, but we ordered in the middle of the pandemic. There are only a few actual manufacturers of hot tubs, and they were all affected. The price you pay includes an insulated cover, steps,starter chemicals, and delivery. Delivery is crucial- who wants to move an 800 lb. b tub themselves? They also have service crew. Our lights stopped working after a couple weeks.. they came out in couple of days and fixed what was a loose connection made at the factory.. The tubs you buy from Costco may seem like a good deal, but they do not include locating the tub ,accessories, local service, and advice.. Vienna Hot Tubs have electricians they work with for hook up. We used White tail electric , which was about $1100 . Took about 2.5 hours. Did a great job. Highly recommend Vienna Hot Tubs.

Charlie and Bruce were very helpful in selecting the right spa for my home. I appreciated his no pressure sales approach and connecting me with a contractor to build the platform and run electrical. We ordered a Sundance Spa (Marin) from Vienna Hot Tubs and it was delivered in October. Bruce and Charlie were very professional and helpful in the selection process. The delivery out to Warrenton was very smooth and professional, and Charlie walked us through maintenance over the phone. They really do a great job with both installation and maintenance. They know what they are doing. Had a minor problem with new hot tub, called them, and in an hour the owner of the company came to my house on his day off to fix. The warranty is one of the best you can get. Overall impressive operation.

Bought two hot tubs here over the years and both were excellent purchases and VHT supported these purchases even long after warranties ended. This is my go to shop. Charlie gives honest and on target answers to questions and will give you the right solution (even over the phone) rather than the most profitable answer. He knows his stuff!

Tim came today and fixed 3 things on my hot tub. He had all the parts needed and worked quickly and was very friendly.

Charlie, or "hot tub Charlie" as he is also known was so helpful to my family while we were searching for the perfect spa. We visited several times to his showroom with and without our kids to test different models. Charlie took loads of time with us to educate us about the different models and manufacturers. He was patient while our kids wanted to try every spa that had water in it. It was a fun learning experience. The best part of all was the honest advice we received from Charlie. He was more interested in making sure we chose the right spa for our needs than in making a quick sale or up-selling us something we didn't need. I would highly recommend Charlie as the best source in the DMV area for your spa purchase.

The sales staff (most days it's Bruce) is knowledgeable and friendly. Prices seem very competitive. Had some issues with the delivery crew which have been resolved. Most important, when we had some issues with the hot tub (not related to the store) they followed up in spades. Overall highly recommended.

I’ve had a great experience with this place! As a first time hot tub owner, both Charlie and Bruce took the time to help me select the right tub for me, answered various follow up questions I had, and throughly went through maintenance and care needed to keep it in great shape. The staff is super knowledgeable and helpful.

These guys are wonderful! I have never owned a hot tub before in my life, they took the time to explain all options with me and provide advice that was relevant to my family. After the hot tub was installed they were very attentive and responsive to every question and need. They even provide onsite training for new users that is excellent. It’s so nice to work with such an excellent local team!!

We shopped around, but ended up buying our hot tub here for a number of reasons. Not only were the prices very competitive, the owner/manager Charlie spent more than an hour showing us around, patiently answering questions, listening to what we wanted, and steering us to the right product. It was the opposite of high pressure. When we said we need to think about it over lunch, he advised us of nearby places to eat. I would shop here again in a heartbeat.

These guys are always ready to offer advice on Sundance products. They have parts and happy to share their expertise on repairing the tubs (even if you bought your tub elsewhere like me). Today they diagnosed and then explained what I needed to do to repair the tub myself.

Had a great experience testing and buying my first hot tub here two years ago. The feature Sundance spas that have more bells and whistles but were very amenable when I asked for something less expensive. I ended up with a Tropic Seasons. The install went well and they have been very knowledgeable and helpful with my questions. The remain a great resource for filters, chemicals, and other accessories.

Vienna Hot Tubs is a great local resource to hot tubs owners in the DC Metro area. Both the team at the shop and the service are always responsive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend as they keep my 15 year old spa running smooth.

These guys were super helpful. I purchased a used hot tub from an owner directly. I searched the manufacture for a local service provider. I found Vienna Hot Tubs. I went in and spoke with Charlie. He was quite approachable very informative. He suggested that I attend their free Saturday morning chemical class to learn more about the care and maintenance of my tub. My wife and I did attend and both of us left feeling very comfortable with chemicals usage. I also had a service tech come out preform a comprehensive check of my installation. I felt the price was competitive and affordable.

Great experience! We walked in and were immediately shown around the store. All questions were answered quickly and in-depth, and advice was given based on our specific requirements. The store has lots of models to there, and it was really helpful to be able to actually see the model we wanted to get. Also, they make sure you know how to take care of the hot tub, and even have a class on Saturdays for customers to go through hot tub maintenance, which was awesome. Installation was on time and professional. We had a tiny issue getting the hot tub to start up when the electric was connected, and they were easily reachable by phone and told us how to resolve it. It's amazing to be able to call and actually get help right away from people who know what they're talking about. We have hot tub stores that are much closer to us, but we chose this one because we felt like they personally care and are there to help us, whether it's with choosing a hot tub, getting it installed correctly, or maintenance down the line.
