Could not recommend them any more! We did a lot of research and went to a lot of different places in the area before purchasing our hot tub. Charlie and the team at Vienna hot tubs were by far the most knowledgeable and easy to work with. Not only did they arrange times for me and my family to come try out the hot tub outside of business hours so we had privacy, he recommended we do the same with other vendors and hot tubs to make sure we were picking the right one. The delivery went as they said it would with no issues. Charlie also helped us with information for the electrical and went out of his way to make sure we were started off on the right foot!
