Drew is an awesome guy. Very knowledgeable in proper chemical balancing and with spas in general. We bought our first spa in 2017 from a company in Charlottesville. They didn't "educate" me on the use of the spa or give me much of an understanding on balancing water. Drew really took his time in explaining this to me. He assisted me in buying all the supplies I needed never pushing anything I didn't need on me just to make a bigger sale. We will likely sell our Spirit and get a larger spa at some point and this will be the place we buy from. Drew is very professional, knowledgeable and down to earth(he's a super funny guy too 😄).
