My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Charlie and Paul this past Sunday while looking for a new hot tub. Both Charlie and Paul took their time with us and walked us through their various offerings, taking care to listen to our wants and needs. We felt absolutely zero pressure to purchase from them. They were both willing to share their vast knowledge - Charlie particularly has tremendous experience. We gathered all the information we needed in order to make an informed decision and left for the day. Subsequently, we decided to purchase a new Spa from them. The agreement was completed via email and we are looking forward to delivery within the next couple of weeks. Everything has been as smooth as silk so far. I'm looking forward to our new spa! I will update this review once it has been delivered and installed.
