After lots of online research and visits to several dealers, we ended up at Vienna Hot Tubs and are very happy that we did. The owner, Charlie, did not try to sell us anything; he was very patient with us over the course of multiple visits, stayed open late so we could try out different models from different manufacturers, and answered all of our questions. He stood by and let us sell ourselves a model we weren't really considering but which checked off all the right boxes. We have been enjoying our tub for a couple months now and have no regrets. Charlie made the sale easy - no pressure; delivery was quick and painless - they even moved the tub a couple times for us to make sure we had it in the perfect spot; and Paul provided the knowledge we needed as newbies to get our tub up and running and to keep the water crystal clear.
