Let's start with the hot tub purchase. Greg was excellent talked us thru many options risks rewards and really wanted to make sure we got the right unit for us. 100% got us the right tub for us. As hot tub newbies we needed help. Greg was supportive of zoom/FaceTime calls to get us in the right path. Customer satisfaction at its best. We were still unsure of the whole chemicals etc and that is where Drew came to our rescue/education.
