Charlie, or "hot tub Charlie" as he is also known was so helpful to my family while we were searching for the perfect spa. We visited several times to his showroom with and without our kids to test different models. Charlie took loads of time with us to educate us about the different models and manufacturers. He was patient while our kids wanted to try every spa that had water in it. It was a fun learning experience. The best part of all was the honest advice we received from Charlie.
