I am so happy that we came to Vienna Hot Tubs! Everyone who works there is super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and we couldn't possibly be happier with our purchase. We got the hot tub about a year ago and our lives are so much better for it, the guys at Vienna Hot Tubs walked us through all of our options the difference between power levels and features and what's best for indoor or outdoor set ups, literally everything and they helped us get the most bang for our buck. They got us set up with all the right chemicals and cleaning supplies etc and they even host a class for how to maintain your hot tub. The delivery was super fast and there hasn't been a week where we aren't in the hot tub since we got it. We also come by the store to restock on all the hot tub supplies instead of ordering online because we get a refresher on the latest things available and the team at Vienna Hot Tubs always makes sure we aren't over buying stuff we don't need.
