When we first went into their showroom it was clear that they knew everything.that you would need to know about the models they carried (and ones they didn't) in order to make an informed decision. We didn't.feel pressured at all in the process and any questions we had were answered in a clear and helpful manner. When out hot tub as delivered.the guys were friendly and again helped to make sure that the placement.on our patio was exactly.how we wanted it. We used an outside electrician who initially.had some difficulty with the final connection. When I called Vienna Hot Tubs they got on the phone with my electrician and walked him through the process in order to make sure our hot tub was working...above and beyond! They also provided.us with a starter pack of chemicals and walked me through what initially needed to be put in the hot tub so our kids could get in and enjoy.otnpriornto my taking the free water care class that Vienna Hot Tubs offers to their customers.
