We had a great experience with Bruce. Very knowledgeable and patient during the shopping process. So many choices! Never felt we were being "upsold". The contrary was true, actually. It was clear he wanted us to get the right spa for our needs and nothing more. The price was very fair as well. We love our spa. Like a massage on your patio whenever you need one.

Like most other people on Yelp, I love these guys! We met Charlie (the owner) at a house show, and he spent an hour walking us through all of the advantages and disadvantages of every tub. Purchase and delivery went smoothly. We have called the store many times for advice (because the instruction manual from the manufacturer is terrible and out of date) and they have been unfailingly patient and nice. Tub cover was defective and they are replacing it at their cost (at least so far) 8 months after purchase. Can't say enough nice things about them.

Purchased a Sundance optima from Charlie. Beautiful tub. Tim and Charlie take care of their customers. Charlie's does a great tub maintenance class on Saturday at 10am in their Tyson's location. He does not just try sell you product but educate you on how to enjoy a spa lifestyle.

I called Vienna Hot Tubs to see if they were able to repair a hot tub purchased elsewhere. The repair is a specialty item that only the dealer can address, but Charlie talked with me for a considerable amount of time about the issue with Caldera hot tubs in which the surface blisters. He was able to give me warranty information that I didn't realize existed. He also priced a move for a hot tub at about half the cost another dealer quoted me. I really appreciated the time he took to address my issue when he wouldn't likely even be getting a sale from me.

A friend of ours referred us to Vienna Hot Tubs and Patio and we couldn't be happier! Vienna Hot Tub and Patio was amazing to work with, they have a very professional and courteous staff that truly value their customers. Our sloped yard, with freshly laid sod was pretty difficult to maneuver an 11 foot hot tub around for install but these guys took their time and carefully installed our tub with precision - they did a remarkable job! Vienna Hot Tub and Patio even offers a class for you to attend and learn how to properly maintain your tub, which was extremely helpful for hot tub "newbies" like myself.
